The A-list event of the season – Stardust Awards – took place last night and had a bevy of jaw-dropping, impeccably dressed beauties. Topping our list in the best-dressed category was Jacqueline Fernandez, who was a vision of sleek panache in her white feathery gown.
Nimrat Kaur added the much-needed sparkle in a shimmery dress, while Alia Bhatt stole the show with her strapless Sachin & Babi black gown with contrasting yellow printed panels.
Another celebrity to catch our eye was Parineeti Chopra, who turned up in a bright yellow one-shouldered Monisha Jaising number. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, also dressed in white, looked dreamy in an embroidered Georges Hobeika piece. Breaking the gown-norm on the red carpet was none other than Sonam Kapoor, who looked smokin’ hot in a striped midi dress and contrasting winged bust.
The boys defined the word well-suited last night as they turned up looking dapper in their tuxedos and suits. Salman Khan looked dashing in an electric blue suit and accompanying him was moustache-man Shahid Kapoor in a blue blazer. Ranveer Singh’s tux, with little gold details, had that extra touch of glamour – this guy manages to pull off just about everything, don’t you think?
